After opening in 2015, Maple & Ash quickly became one of Chicago’s most popular restaurants. We’ve partnered up again with What If Syndicate to design their next location: Maple & Ash, Scottsdale.
Located downstairs, Eight Bar is Maple & Ash's more casual counterpart. It feels like an old school cigar lounge with vintage photographs and shades of blue, cream and gold.
