Girl & the Goat

Located in DTLA’s Arts District, Girl & the Goat is the first west coast establishment for both chef Stephanie Izard the Boka Restaurant Group. Studio K collaborated with Stephanie to create an experience without pretension, a space that feels comfortable and approachable to all. Studio K created a light-filled, 200-seat restaurant, with floor-to-ceiling windows wrapping the majority of the space.
Bright and airy LA-vibes are reflected in the light wood floors and natural fiber furniture, as well as a generous use of greenery throughout the interior and covered patio. Nods to the original restaurant are found in the layered mix of organic and industrial materials like concrete, terra cotta, and corten steel, as well as the large, L-shaped open kitchen.
